White Paper on Transformative Multistage Solution to

The first part of the paper takes a psychometric approach to assess the minds and types of people accused for rapes and sexual assaults and then tries to analyze basis the data presented on our dashboards that where and which age group of people are most affected by these assaults. Using this data we derive Vulnerability Index in each case on a percentage scale.

Using this analysis, we recommend solutions in each case, and distribute the priority of enrollment of the solutions based on urgency presented in Vulnerability Index, but keeping in mind the impact and pre-requisites of each solution.

The second part of the paper takes a physiological cum psychometric approach to assess the minds and types of people who are victims to these crimes. Further, we take this analysis and see how many of them survive the incident and what could be done to:

 a. recover them physically 

 b. recover them mentally and rehabilitate them into the society

 

Using this analysis, we recommend solutions in each case, and distribute the priority of enrollment of the solutions keeping in mind the impact and pre-requisites of each solution.

In the next part:

• we plan to raise funding from various sources after we analyze how much will it cost and how will it benefit the society as a whole.

• we plan to consult government and associated ministries changes in policies, regulations, laws, instatement of new organizations to establish a wholistic solution.
